47015 arrives at Reading on 19th April 1986 whilst in charge of the 0805 Portsmouth Harbour - Poole.

One of at least five NB locos to work in or out of Birmingham New Street on May 30th 1998, 47016 arrives at Wolverhampton with the 1230 Glasgow Central - Poole.

On 7th July 1990, 47540 failed in the Westbury area whilst working the 0855 Paignton - Paddington. 47063 was used to rescue the train, and is seen here arriving at Reading nearly two hours late.

47105 rests at Cheltenham Racecourse on March 13th 2004, having worked a train from Toddington.

47114 at Dover Western Docks on June 6th 1992, having worked from Folkestone with the "Grain Train" railtour.

47117 at Bury Bolton Street on June 12th 1994, prior to departure with the 1655 to Rawtenstall.

47145 stands at Barrow Hill on July 8th 2006 having worked parts of the 1215 Deepcar special.

47146 waits to leave Leicester on July 4th 1992 with the 1034 Yarmouth - Birmingham New Street.

Engineering works at Euston on August 11th 1991 resulted in several 47s working "drags" up to Bletchley. 47157 is detached from the 0810 Euston - Liverpool Lime Street.

47192 (D1842) arrives at Arley on 8th May 1993 with the 1115 Bridgnorth - Kidderminster Town.

47194 at Yarmouth on 18th July 1992 with the 0946 to Sheffield. The Brush worked as far as Norwich with this train.

After 33108 and 33106 suffered problems on a Waterloo - Cranmore railtour on October 7th 1989, 47197 was wheeled out for the return trip as far as Westbury. Here, it shunts the ECS before departure.

47200 & 47828 arrive at Wolverhampton on March 19th 2005 with the 0759 Shrewsbury - York special train.

47201 waits to leave Great Yarmouth (once Yarmouth Vauxhall) on 25th July 1992 with the 0946 to Sheffield.

47204 arrives at Boston on August 20th 1988 with the 0636 Sheffield - Skegness.

A strange working on September 2nd 1989 - the 1705 Yarmouth - Liverpool Street was worked from Norwich to Ipswich by 47501 instead of the booked 86 - and was then promptly replaced by 47220! The no-heat loco is attached to the rake of Air Cons in this photo.
