Class 01 D2953 runs light into Rowsley South from the heritage shunters yard in order to work a brakevan trip on September 23rd 2006.

The NRM's D2860 was used on brakevan trips at the GWSR Shunter Gala at Toddington on July 10th 2009. Inbetween workings, the loco was stabled north of the station on the at-the-time unopened extension towards Broadway, where it is seen in this photograph.

Class 03 D2023, one of the examples that never received a TOPS number, waits in Tenterden Town station on May 3rd 2009 before working the 1715 "mixed" train to Bodiam. The train consisted of the 4-wheeled van coupled up to the loco, and the rake of Mark 1's just visible on the right.

D2041 was in action at the Colne Valley Railway on August 31st 1991, and is seen here at Castle Hedingham station.

Boston Docks shunter 03112 (D2112) has made several appearances at the Nene Valley over the years. It was in use during the diesel gala on August 1st 1992, seen here at Wansford.

D2133 rests at Minehead on June 14th 2008 after working the 1239 from Dunster.

D2138 brings the ECS for a shunter shuttle from the yard into the station at Swanwick Junction on July 24th 1994.

03145 on the PLEG/BLS trip at Moreton On Lugg - the Gronk is seen arriving at the B Shed with the final leg of the 1100 departure. June 3rd 2007.

03158 (D2158) at Wirksworth on July 14th 2007 after working the 1400 from Ravenstor.

03162 (D2162) rolls into Glyndyfrdwy to work a brake van trip on May 15th 1994. The 03 had spent most of the day not working passenger trips, but was finally wheeled out late in the afternoon.

April 19th 2008, and the 1200 Shackerstone - Shenton was worked by D2310, 73114 and 03170 sandwiched in the middle. The 03 (with 04 behind) are uncoupled from the train on arrival at Shenton.

Another one of the 03s that was taken out of BR service before it got a TOPS number, D2178 is seen in action at Llwyfan Cerrig banking a train from Danycoed to Bronwydd Arms on 13th June 2009. This was one of several trips run over the railway in connection with a railtour from London to Carmarthen.

03179 backs onto the stock of the 1235 to Yarwell Junction at Wansford on March 1st 2008.

D3182 at Winchcombe on 10th July 2009 with the 1410 to Toddington.

D2184 at Castle Hedingham on July 17th 1994, being uncoupled from the 1200 ex-Castle Hedingham!
